Libertarian Party of Los Angeles County

Please find your districts - Assembly, State Senate, and Congress. Then click on link to download candidate's petition. Please print out BOTH pages. If you like, you can make a two-sided copy, making sure both sides are oriented in the same direction. Put your name, signature, and address as indicated on the front section of the petition. Make sure the county - Los Angeles - is filled in on the line, "I am a registered and qualified voter in Los Angeles County,..." If you know of anyone else who would like to sign the petition, please have them sign, also.

Very important, please also fill out and sign the "Affidavit of Circulator" on the reverse side, since you are the circulator witnessing the signatures on your petition including your own signature. It is very important that the "Affidavit of Circulator" form be signed, dated and all spaces filled in, or the petition will not be valid.

If you like, you can put an X through all of the blank unsigned signature lines so as to insure no signatures are put on the petition that you did not personally witness.

After the petition is signed and filled out, please mail it back to the candidate at the address listed under link.
