Not everyone agrees
Re "Taxing day" (Editorial, April 14):
You should not speak for others by claiming that spending "more money for our ailing emergency health care and public safety agencies" is "something that everyone agrees on."
Libertarians do not agree. They know that emergency health care and public safety are far too important to be controlled by the same government that gives us endless waste, inefficiency, arbitrary rules, bureaucratic red tape, graft, underhanded political deals, pork-barreling, catering to special interests, and lack of accountability. If you want something done right, look to the private sector.
