Vouchers

In his Oct. 17 Public Forum letter, G.A. Conte points out that a voucher given to the parents of a child who leaves the government school monopoly would leave some $2,400 in the system, to be spent on the children who stay behind.

The opponents claim this represents a loss for the government schools. They must be counting on voters having learned all their math in the government schools.
